Lately it seems wherever I look, wherever I go, there’s King Stingray; award ceremonies, festivals, support acts, and now they’ve announced the release date for their first album. Preorder details in the comments below.
Here they are supporting Ball Park Music in Wollongong, after missing out visiting the city earlier in the year when the Yours & Owls Festival was suddenly cancelled. “Malk Mirri Wayin” (00:32) is probably my favourite song on their new album. “Hey Wanhaka” (04:51) was their first single and now completes my recordings of all their songs to date.
