A brand new song featuring the wonderful voices of 김류경 and 김옥주. The tone is very merry and contemporary; a total pop song in place of a sacred hymn. As references to Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il begin to fade, (the term '태양절' (Day of the Sun) is not longer in use) reverence for the third Kim only grows. Though, in a more much more modern fashion.
The music video seems to place a strong emphasis on ordinary people (인민) in true socialist fashion. I wonder if Korean paramedics will erupt into this song as seen in the video. If it is to be believed, we may have another 'Our National Flag' on our hands. I'll give it on thing, the shot of the KCTV staff giving the thumbs up was absolutely adorable.
