Focus & Creativity (Flow State) Isochronics Tones for Creative Thinking, Art, Writing Etc.

In previous tracks we alternated between high-alpha / low-medium beta to enhance focus and creativity and help you ‘get in the flow’. For this version we ride a 12hz borderline alpha/beta wave, which gives a nice balance between the two, without the need for a change in frequency. Brainwave entrainment is administered in the form of isochronic tones, which are the rapid pulses you hear layered underneath the music. Using our tracks during various creative practices can significantly enhance your flow state.

You should listen at a nice low volume during study, creative writing, creative thinking, painting, drawing etc. just so you can faintly hear those pulses. Headphones are optional. The process of brainwave syncronisation typically takes 10 minutes or so, but this will reduce over time as you get used to it and new neural pathways are formed.

Note that brainwave entrainment combined with music is often very ineffectual due to a clashing of frequencies between the music and entrainment itself, particularly with binaural beats. We use audiowave modulation as well as other production techniques to ensure that what you're getting is a proper entrainment experience, and not just solely a 'music listening' experience.
