Some of the chord names are written in an enharmonically inconsistent way, sorry about that. Also, the 'Ebmaj9' at bar 44 is actually an Ebm maj9, my mistake.

This track gives two repeats of the entire chord structure, as the guitar takes this double length while the piano and bass only solo over one repeat of the form each. This harmonic form in itself involves two repeats of a similar structure, the latter having a modified ending and then around 8 bars of C# phrygian pedal harmony. For this pedal section I've chosen the chords (not great ones), but the rest are Holdsworth's, and true to the piece.
