After releasing successful albums one after the other, Aegis releases a Dance Mix album – “Ating Sayawin”.

Famous for their country rock ballads with their patented dramatic high notes, listeners will now be treated to a new and danceable Aegis.

“Ating Sayawin” the album by Aegis is a collection of Aegis hit songs remixed into groovy danceable beats.

Aegis hits given the Dance Mix treatment are the following: Halik, Luha, Basang-Basa Sa Ulan, Sinta, Maniwala Ka, Bakit (Tanong Ko Sa’yo), Munting Pangarap, Mahal Na Mahal Kita, Awit At Pag-ibig, and Bakit (Ako Ngayo’y Hate Mo).

Aegis is composed of Juliet and Mercy Sunot on vocals, Rey Abenoja on guitars, Weng Pinpin on bass, Stella Galindo on keyboards, and Vilma Gloviogo on drums.

Juliet and Mercy Sunot are from Cagayan de Oro. Bassist Weng is from Pampanga. Keyboardist Stella is from Misamis Occidental while drummer Vilma is a Manileña. Only boy in the group, Rey Abenoja hails from Leyte.
