The 78rpm Original Cast album of music from the Broadway hit “Annie Get Your Gun” rose to #2 on Billboard’s album chart. Ethel Merman and Ray Middleton headlined the stage cast, though it’s only the play’s chorus that sang this Irving Berlin showbiz anthem on the record.
